About Annie

As a Real Estate Professional the following three words sum up who I am when serving my clients and colleagues, Mentor/Trainer/REALTOR®. I strive to elevate my profession and be the best I can be when serving you. I assist my clients and colleagues in making informed choices, by having a comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Since becoming a REALTOR®, I have been fortunate to be a Sales Manager, Contracts Administrator, Trainer, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Designated Broker. This allows me to give you a well rounded view of real estate and the process of purchasing or selling a home.

I have had the honor of serving the Green Valley Sahuarita Association of REALTORS® (GVSAR) in many positions including being the 2015 President. I served as a Director for the Multiple Listing Service of Southern Arizona (MLSSAZ) from 2016 to 2019, as well as being a member of many committees. I am the Chair of the MLSSAZ Standards Committee and am a member of the Technology Committee. I am a Director on the Tucson Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors (TAR), Vice Chair of the TAR Risk Committee, and Chair of the Forms Task Force. I completed the Leadership Training Academy for the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR). I have served on Issues Mobilization and the Business Service and Technology Committees as well as being Region 5 Vice President for Arizona Association of REALTORS®.

I mention the above because integrity, education and leadership are of the utmost importance to me in my personal and professional life. In order to give the best service possible to my clients and colleagues, it is my job to know my business inside and out, my local market, and resources available to provide outstanding service. I am continually exploring ways to improve my knowledge and skills to better service you and my profession.
